Common Questions

What does the interview process look like?+

Usually three steps: a quick intro call, a technical round (practical, not whiteboard puzzles), and a conversation with the founder. The whole process takes about a week.

Is remote work available?+

AI/ML and Data Science roles offer remote flexibility. For data engineering and QA roles, we prefer Visakhapatnam-based candidates, but we are open to hybrid arrangements after the initial onboarding period.

Do you hire freshers?+

Yes, selectively. If you have strong fundamentals in SQL, Python, or cloud platforms and can demonstrate it with a project or two, we will consider you. We have trained several freshers into productive engineers within months.
